Adjusting alert preferences for messages, mentions, and activity within Microsoft Teams
How do I turn off the external domains anomalies channel notifications?
When the feature rolled out, we turned on the External Domains Anomalies report notifications to have the top 5 external domains with unusual communication patters alerted in our MS Teams channel. However, our Security & Compliance is not finding them helpful and it's just cluttering their channel conversations so they'd like it turned off. I have gone into the Teams Admin Center >> Notifications & Alerts >> Rules and opened the "External domains anomalies" alert. I've tried unchecking "channel alert," deleting the target channel, and changing the status to inactive, but the "Save" button grays out so the changes are not accepted. Attempting to navigate away asks if I want to discard my changes. If I discard, everything fills back in and the status returns to active.
How do I turn this off so it stops cluttering the channel conversations?!
