Log into any Microsoft account you have on this link (https://account.microsoft.com/services/) and check if there are two separate Microsoft 365 subscriptions, if you find two subscriptions, you can cancel one of the subscriptions using the steps on this link.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription

If you are unable to resolve the duplicate payment problem, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

If the two charges are for the same subscription, first confirm whether it was a true duplicate charge or a late retry plus the normal payment. Microsoft notes that if a payment was previously declined, the retry and the next on-time payment can appear very close together.

    Steps:

    1. Check order history and look for two purchases of the same amount close together: Review your order history
    2. If only one charge appears in order history, check whether another Microsoft account using the same card was charged. In Payment options, select Investigate: Go to payment options
    3. If the charge is unexpected, use the billing charge investigation flow: Start
    4. If the extra charge is tied to a subscription renewal, refund eligibility is determined during cancellation. Sign in, go to Services & subscriptions, select the subscription, then Manage > Cancel. During cancellation, Microsoft will show whether a refund is available. Sign in
    5. If the subscription was bought from Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon, Best Buy, or another third-party seller, the refund must be requested from that seller, not Microsoft.
    6. If help is still needed, contact Microsoft Support: Contact Microsoft Support
