KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE (0x139)

I am experiencing repeated random BSODs with the stop code KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (0x139) on my HP OMEN laptop. In event viewr i checked the BugcheckCode 313

The crashes happen randomly, mostly while using Eclipse for Java development, but they can also occur when Windows is idle or otherwise stable.

I recently installed Windows updates and also updated my NVIDIA graphics driver. After the crashes, Windows sometimes enters Automatic Repair. Automatic Repair is unable to repair the device and shows:

D:\WINDOWS\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt.

I also tried Quick Machine Recovery, but the issue still occurs.

I would like help identifying whether this is caused by a faulty driver, corrupted Windows system files, RAM, SSD, or another hardware/software issue.

Please advise how I can identify the exact cause of the 0x139 KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE and resolve it without reinstalling Windows if possible.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Please do not upload a very large Memory.dmp file.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so I can take a look for you.
