Help with Azure Virtual Desktop Provisioning

We recently set up a Microsoft environment for our small organisation, and one of our service providers has asked us to set up a Virtual Desktop to run and manage a third-party service that we need for our business.

We don't have a System Administrator within our organisation, and Microsoft Support advised us to contact the Azure team. However, when looking at the Azure portal, all the available support options seem to be related to technical issues or incidents with existing services.

Do you know if there is a specific team or service we could contact to provide the technical requirements we have received for the Virtual Desktop and get assistance with selecting, purchasing, and setting up the appropriate solution?
