AADSTS5000225 - Tenant blocked due to inactivity, unable to access Azure portal

Hello,

I am unable to sign in to my Microsoft Azure / Entra tenant.

I receive the following error:

AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity.

I only discovered this issue today. I am also unable to access the Azure portal to create a normal support request because the blocked tenant prevents sign-in.

Could you please check whether the tenant is still eligible for reactivation and assist with reactivating it?

I can provide the Tenant ID, Trace ID, Correlation ID, timestamp, and other account information through private message if required.
