Hello i'm trying to set up for a SQL server for my university class. I am one of the ones in my class that cannot get my server too deploy. When I set up my server I keep getting this error. I've been troubleshooting trying to fix the error for quite some time now. On my current subscription I only have access to a handful of regions, so i've tried switching too all my allowed regions and I'm still not having any luck.     That error is the free-offer restriction, not a region issue. The simplest fix is to turn off "Apply free offer" on the Compute + storage blade, choose a small tier (Basic or minimal serverless General Purpose), and deploy.
