To help narrow down the issue:

What exactly happens when you open Teams, WhatsApp, or Zoom? Do they fail to open, fail to connect, or show an error message? Are other apps and websites working normally on the same Windows 11 PC?

What type of network are you using, such as home, work, or school, and are you connected through Wi-Fi or Ethernet?

Are you using any VPN, custom DNS app/service, antivirus, firewall, or security app that may filter or block Internet connections?

Hi John, Thank you for quick response. I just found the reason. It was because of Karspersky. I upgraded to standart version then the issues are solved.
