There are 2 purchases on my account that I do not remember purchasing.

they are both listed as 13'000 Black Ops 7 or Call of Duty: War Zone Points

They're both $99.99 each with $8.00 tax on each. which makes the final total for these purchases $215.98

I did not make these purchases or if I did, I didn't realize it. Can these purchases be removed?

    Hello

If these are made by mistake, you want to contact billing support asap to rectify it.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Windows" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

If those purchases were not intended, first verify whether they appear in Microsoft order history and whether they came from the same account.

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft order history page and look for both $99.99 purchases.
    2. Check whether there are two separate purchases for the same item and amount close together.
    3. If the charges appear on the bank statement but not as duplicate purchases in order history, check whether another Microsoft account may be using the same card. In Payment options, select Investigate.
    4. If the purchases are confirmed and were made by mistake, contact Microsoft Support through Contact Microsoft Support, enter the problem, select Get Help, and then Contact Support for the best support option.
    5. If the charges are unauthorized, contacting the card provider to dispute the transactions is also supported in the provided guidance.

The context does not provide a direct self-service way to remove those purchases immediately. The supported path is to review order history, investigate whether another account used the card, and then contact support for account-specific billing help.
