This is unacceptable. I have an urgent alarming issue that I need human agent to help me with and I cannot get in contact with them because AI bots are a joke.

I can't install security updates. I couldn't update the last one and the new one also doesn't want to install I need urgent help and the support is garbage. AI bot keeps failing, doesn't even respond and has constant errors I tried through other department bots they kept denying my wish to be connected to a human agent I am furious. I need a live agent to connect to my PC and fix this that's what I paid for proper support.

    Microsoft does not offer one-on-one instruction or troubleshooting, and hasn't offered those services in many years. If you need detailed assistance in what to do, you'll have to hire a professional technician. Before you do that, I suggest you ask your question here. Microsoft Q&A can be a great resource if you ask about a specific issue and provide clear details.

    Regarding artificial intelligence: The 'trick' to getting good results with AI is to write a good prompt. (The same is true with search engines - it's all about the search term.) I get great results with ChatGPT and Claude. I have to be clear and specific, and sometimes it takes some back and forth. I don't use CoPilot - it needs a good navigator.

    That's actually not what you paid for. You (and I and everybody) paid for the right to use the software.
