I didn't get the novelties from the KB5124008 26200.9445 update after I installed it after a lot of hassle

So, today I finally managed to install the update KB5124008 26200.9445, but it was after a lot of suffering, I had to install it through the Microsoft catalog and had to do the recovery through Windows Update
but here it is:
but now, I face a new problem, all the novelties from the KB5124008 26200.9445, like, moving the taskbar, changing the taskbar size, the new start menu, changing the search, haven't appeared on my Windows yet
Why? Hasn't it arrived on my PC yet? What do I do?

It is the features that are being gradually rolled out, not KB5124008 itself. This is why I highlighted that specific section from the support article about that KB.
