Can not see copilot in outlook

“My Microsoft 365 Personal subscription is active and Copilot is functioning in Copilot, Word, and Excel. Copilot is missing only in Outlook on both iPad and Outlook Web. The issue began after I moved from a Microsoft 365 Family share to my own Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. I believe Outlook is not recognizing the current entitlement associated with my account.

    I understand how frustrating it is when Copilot works in other Microsoft 365 apps but is missing from Outlook.

    Other users have reported experiencing the same issue. For now, please allow some time for Microsoft to investigate and submit feedback directly through Outlook to help the product team track the problem.
