wasd not working properly

i cant type wasd without using on screen typing when i click wasd it scrolls down and only ws work in games please help.

    For most keyboards/brands, you can use the Fn+W keys to turn the WASD keys back to normal.

    Otherwise, try Fn+Left Arrow, that's a second common key combo you can use.

    If neither works, tell me your keyboard brand/model, if it is part of the laptop, what's the laptop brand/model
