If printing works but scanning does not, the most effective Windows steps are to remove and reinstall the printer/scanner, then update or reinstall the driver.
- Open Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select the TS3600 device and choose Remove device.
- Restart the PC.
- Go back to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Select Add a printer or scanner and wait for Windows to find the device, then select Add device.
- If the device is connected by USB and is not added automatically, reconnect the USB cable to an available USB port and turn on the printer.
- If it is wireless, make sure the PC and printer are on the same network.
- If the printer/scanner is still not working, open Device Manager > expand Printers > right-click the printer > Update driver.
- If no driver update is found, select Uninstall device, restart the computer, and let Windows reinstall the driver.
If the scanner option is still missing after reinstalling, Windows may not have the correct full printer/scanner software installed. A similar resolved case reported that scanning started working after the printer software was properly installed.
