recover access to Azure account.

We lost access to an Azure account when an employee left the organization. I just got brought in recently to tidy up the infrastructure.

Were being billed on a monthly basis for service that we can't get into anymore.

Any roads to support are blocked it seems because we can't seem to figure out what email was used to create the service.

We have tried the obvious ones including the email address used to send the bill but no luck.

Any suggestions?

I'm about to contest the charges with the CC company so that someone reaches out to sort the billing if need be.
