For assistance with consolidating your Azure Credits from the PCBenefits Partner Success Core Benefits program and applying them toward your Azure expenses, we recommend contacting the Azure Billing and Subscription Management Support team. They will be able to review your subscription, billing profile, and available credits to determine the supported options for applying those credits to your Azure charges.

Steps to create a Billing Support Request in the Azure Portal:

1. Sign in to the Azure Portal.
2. Select Help + Support from the left-hand menu.
3. Click Create a support request.
4. For Issue type, select Billing.
5. Choose the appropriate Subscription and Billing Account.
6. Under Problem type, select Subscription Management or Credits and Sponsorship, as applicable.
7. Provide details about:
   • Your PCBenefits Partner Success Core Benefits credits
     • The subscription where your Azure costs are being incurred
       • Your desired billing and credit configuration
       1. Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation showing the available credits.
8. Review the request details and click Create.

When submitting the request, it is helpful to include:

• Azure Subscription ID(s)
• Billing Account or Billing Profile information
• Details of the available Azure credits
• Any recent invoices or billing statements related to the charges

The Azure Billing team will review your account configuration and advise whether the credits can be applied or consolidated with your existing billing setup.
