I haven't done the daily set on Microsoft Rewards at all, yet it shows as completed. This has happened to me twice now.

    2. Check the same Daily Set in another browser or in the Bing app to see whether the completed state is consistent across platforms.
    3. If it appears completed only in one place, clear the Bing site data in Edge:
      • Edge Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies > See all cookies and site data
      • Search for Bing, expand it, and delete the related cookies.
    4. Make sure the correct Microsoft account is signed in, because Rewards can behave differently if a different account is being used.
    5. Avoid using a VPN or devices with a different time zone, since Rewards streak and activity tracking can be affected by those conditions.

    If the issue keeps happening, submit a case to Microsoft Rewards Support so the account activity can be reviewed:

    Thank you for including the screenshot. I can see why this would be confusing, especially since the three Daily Set cards are marked as completed even though you did not open or complete them.

    What stands out in the screenshot is that the two sections do not agree with each other: the activity cards show Completed, while the Your activity section still shows Daily Set 0/3.

    Could you please check whether your Rewards points or streak increased when this happened? Also, does the same completed status appear after signing in to the Rewards dashboard from another browser or device?

    Since this has already occurred twice, I recommend taking screenshots each time it happens and noting the date. If the incorrect status appears again or affects your points or streak, please submit those details through Microsoft Rewards Support so the Rewards team can review the account activity.
