My Hotmail account was hacked recently and since then I am not receiving emails from certain companies (E.ON, Shein, etc.). I have checked rules, sweep, forwarding, blocked senders, filters, storage, and recoverable items — everything is clear. I can receive normal emails and attachments, but automated emails never arrive. Please reset my mailbox spam filter and remove any server‑side blocks on my account.

    Hi Tracy Parkes,

Thank you for the detailed information. Since you can still receive regular emails, this does not appear to be a general mailbox receiving issue. The problem seems to be limited to emails from specific companies.

    Please check the following again:

    • Search all folders, including Inbox, Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, and Recoverable Items, for messages from the affected companies.
    • Verify that neither the sender addresses nor their domains have been added to your Blocked Senders and Domains list.
    • Add the affected sender addresses or domains to your Safe Senders and Domains list and ask the companies to send a new test email.
    • Contact the affected companies and ask whether their messages are being delivered, deferred, rejected, or suppressed on their side. Since the issue only affects certain senders, this information will help determine whether the messages are being blocked before they reach your mailbox.

Please let us know the results of these checks, especially whether the senders can confirm the delivery status of the missing emails. This will help us determine the next troubleshooting steps.
