    Dear @Tariana Rodriguez

I understand that after you sign in with your daughter’s school account, Microsoft Teams remains stuck on the loading screen and never finishes loading.

Since you’re using the Teams mobile app, I recommend the following:

    1. Force close Teams and reopen it. Restart your phone.
    2. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Teams > Storage > Clear cache, then open Teams again. How to Clear Microsoft Teams Cache (And Why You Should)
    3. If it still hangs, in Teams go to Profile picture > Settings > Data and Storage and try Clear temporary files. Microsoft also provides options to clear app data or reset the app database if necessary. User's image
    4. Make sure Teams is updated to the latest version. If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall Teams.
    5. As a quick test, sign in to the school account through Teams on the web. Microsoft recommends trying the web version when the mobile or desktop app cannot connect properly. Additionally, if the app continues to loop, you can immediately access her account by signing into the web version at Teams on the webusing an InPrivate / Incognito browser window. This bypasses account caching entirely.
    6. Make sure you are selecting Add another account from your Teams profile and signing in with the correct school account. Teams supports adding multiple work, school, and personal accounts.

If the school account works normally on the web but continues to get stuck in the mobile app, this would point more strongly to an app/session issue. If it also fails on the web, I would recommend contacting the school’s IT administrator, as the school account or its Teams configuration may need to be checked. Please refer to this document: Manage accounts and organizations in Microsoft Teams.

Please try these steps, and let me know if the issue persists so I can assist you further.
