Hello i don't remember using the terminal BUT i remember using and setting up McAfee antivirus and i think it could be that. I also ran a memtest86 and it passed so i dont think it could be that also a bunch of AI told me that faceit anticheat was guilty

Did you make any BIOS configuration changes?

Go to Windows Security > Device security > Core isolation > Memory integrity.

Check if it is enabled; if so, disable and re-enable it, and check for incompatible drivers.

Hi so it crashed 2 times again but now I checked the dump files in the windbg and I saw image_name AuthenticAMD.sys i dont remember installing such app or anything the other was just ntkrnlmp.exe

Since the failure also involved Authentics.sys, it is likely a hardware issue. I recommend updating the BIOS, the iGPU and dGPU drivers, and the chipset drivers.

Please note that while a BIOS update is recommended, it does carry risks. If the process is interrupted, your laptop might fail to boot. Therefore, if you lack experience with hardware and software, I suggest skipping this step, even though it is highly recommended.

To update the BIOS, you must first disable BitLocker. To do this, open the Command Prompt (as administrator), run the command manage-bde -off C:, wait for the decryption process to finish, and restart your computer.

After updating the BIOS, I recommend using DDU.
