    Hi, @Ahmed Khalil

A Windows 11 installation failing around 40% can be caused by incompatible hardware, bad installation media, or a storage/driver issue.

First, make sure the laptop officially supports Windows 11, especially TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, and a supported processor.

If it does, recreate the Windows 11 USB installer using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool and try the clean installation again.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. What is the exact error message or error code shown when it fails?
    2. What is the laptop brand and model?
    3. Did you create the Windows 11 USB using Microsoft’s Media Creation Tool, or are you using another installer?

Also, was Windows 10 working normally on this laptop before you formatted it?
