issue in opening Microsoft defender app

My Microsoft defender app is suddenly stopped working and is asking for sign up and, I am not able to sign in too, all this is happening so sudden I am not able to understand the problem so please provide help as the earliest

    If you’re referring to the Microsoft Defender app, it is included with a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription and requires you to sign in with the Microsoft account associated with that subscription. If the app suddenly started asking you to sign up or you can’t sign in, first check that you’re using the correct Microsoft account. You can verify this at https://account.microsoft.com/services

    If you’re only looking for antivirus protection, you don’t need a Microsoft 365 subscription, Microsoft Defender Antivirus is built into Windows Security and can be accessed under Windows Security --› Virus & threat protection.
