    In order to pair bluetooth hearing aids, your device needs to have LE audio turned on.

    Can you go to Windows Settings > BLuetooth & devices > Devices.

    Scroll down a bit, in the "Device settings" section, do you see "Use LE Audio when available", if so, make sure it is turned on.
