What steps have you used to add new Bluetooth devices? Have you gone to Settings>Bluetooth & devices>Add device.

    Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks

Try these steps in order on the Windows PC:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices and confirm Bluetooth is on.
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and confirm Bluetooth is on.
    2. Make sure the device is ready to pair.
      • Turn the Bluetooth device on.
      • Make sure it is discoverable.
      • Confirm it has charge or fresh batteries and is close to the PC.
      • If it is sluggish or unresponsive, move it away from USB 3.0 devices, which can interfere with Bluetooth.
    3. Change Bluetooth discovery so more device types appear.
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices > under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, select Advanced.
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & other devices > More Bluetooth options > Options tab > check Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC.
    4. Check that airplane mode is off.
      • Windows 11: open the taskbar quick settings and make sure Airplane mode is off.
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane mode > turn it off.
    5. Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
      • In Bluetooth settings, turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
    6. Try pairing again.
      • Turn on the Bluetooth device and make it discoverable.
      • On the PC, select the Network, Sound, or Battery icon on the taskbar.
      • Select the Manage Bluetooth devices chevron on the Bluetooth quick setting.
      • Select the device under New devices and complete the prompts.
    7. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.
      • In Windows, open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters and run Bluetooth.
      • On supported systems, the Get Help Bluetooth troubleshooter can also run diagnostics automatically.
    8. Update the Bluetooth driver.
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.
      • Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
      • Restart the PC if prompted.
    9. If devices still do not appear or connect, remove and reinstall the adapter.
      • Open Device Manager.
      • Expand Bluetooth.
      • Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device > Uninstall.
      • Shut down the PC, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
      • If Windows does not reinstall it automatically, open Device Manager and select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
    10. If the Bluetooth icon is missing or Bluetooth is not listed normally in Device Manager, install the latest Bluetooth driver from the PC manufacturer.
