Can't Move Emails in Silk Browser

I'm in the Outlook website on the Silk browser on my tablet. I AM NOT ON THE APP. When I try to move an email to another folder the drop down menu quickly appears and disappears. It won't stay down long enough for me to click on on the folder I want to move the email to.

I haven't tried the first and third one because with the constant sign in issues I'm worried I won't be able to get back in.

I have tried those and it does seem to be a browser related issue.
