    Hi MOHAMMED MUJTHABA,

Since your earbuds are not appearing when you search for Bluetooth devices, let's narrow down where the issue might be occurring.

A few quick questions that might help narrow down the issue:

    • What is the make and model of your earbuds?
    • Are you using Windows 10 or Windows 11?
    • Can your earbuds be discovered and connected by another device, such as a phone?
    • Can your PC find other Bluetooth devices normally?
    • When you open Device Manager, do you see any warning icons next to the Bluetooth adapter?

In the meantime, you can try these additional checks:

1, Open Device Manager > Bluetooth.

    • Right-click your Bluetooth adapter.
    • Select Disable device, wait a few seconds, then Enable device again.

2, Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.

    • Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter and note any messages it reports.

These checks can help determine whether the problem is related to the earbuds themselves, the Bluetooth adapter, or Windows device detection.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Make sure the earbuds are actually in pairing mode.
      • Turn the earbuds on.
      • Follow the manufacturer’s instructions to make them discoverable.
      • If they were previously connected to another phone or PC, disconnect them there first.
    2. Check the basics on the PC.
      • Make sure the earbuds are charged.
      • Keep them close to the PC.
      • Move them away from USB 3.0 devices if any are plugged in nearby, because unshielded USB devices can interfere with Bluetooth.
    3. Turn Bluetooth off and back on in Windows.
      • In Windows 11: Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > turn Bluetooth off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
      • Also make sure Airplane mode is off from the taskbar quick settings.
    4. Change Bluetooth discovery to show more devices.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, choose Advanced.
    5. Try pairing from the taskbar.
      • Select the Network, Sound, or Battery icon on the taskbar.
      • Open the Manage Bluetooth devices chevron on the Bluetooth quick setting.
      • Look under New devices and select the earbuds if they appear.
    6. If the earbuds were already added before, remove and re-add them.
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Select More options for the earbuds.
      • Select Remove device > Yes.
      • Put the earbuds back into pairing mode and add them again.

If the earbuds still do not appear, test whether the earbuds can be found by another device such as a phone. If another device also cannot find them, the issue is likely with the earbuds or their pairing mode.
