Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Hi Lori Guyett,
I can see why this has become frustrating, especially when several of the same messages arrive every day despite your reporting them.
Since the mailbox is a Comcast.net account added to New Outlook, the missing Junk Email options may be related to the account provider rather than the Outlook interface itself. The most effective place to manage the filtering is therefore usually within Xfinity Email.
Please sign in to Xfinity Email in a browser, then open Email Settings > Advanced Settings and make sure the option to automatically move spam and potentially harmful messages to the Spam folder is enabled. You can also open Email Settings > Filter Rules and create a rule based on the sender, domain, or the phrase “Purchase Confirmation Update” in the subject. If the sender address changes each time, a carefully defined subject-based rule may work better than blocking one address.
For messages received through an email client such as Outlook, Xfinity recommends forwarding the spam as an attachment to ******@comcast.net. This preserves the original message information needed for spam analysis. More information is available here:

Please do not select links, attachments, or “unsubscribe” options inside these messages if the sender is unfamiliar. Could you also confirm whether the emails always come from the same address or whether the sender changes each time? This will help determine whether an address, domain, or subject-based filter would be the safest option. Thank you so much for your understanding.
