Need help logging into teams

My Microsoft account is somehow associated with my husbands email address however my outlook account is showing it is not valid. I am unable to log into microsoft teams as it will not allow me to log into with my gmail account.

    Jennifer, prior to all of this, what did you use to sign into your Microsoft account?

    Your own gmail address, or your husband's?

    If your Microsoft account is associated with your husband's email address, could you clarify which email address you normally use to sign in to your Microsoft account?

    Have you previously been able to sign in to Microsoft Teams using your own Gmail account, or is this the first time you are trying to access Teams with it?

    The problem is my gmail account is not attched to my microsoft account, my husbands gmail is.
