This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft account.

From your screenshots, your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is still active, with recurring billing on and the next charge showing as September 25, 2026. However, Microsoft is still detecting a billing issue with the saved payment method.

To help narrow this down:

Where exactly are you seeing the "Don't lose your benefits" message?
Does it appear when you sign in to your Microsoft account, open Microsoft 365, or somewhere else?
When you click "Update Payment," what happens?

Hi John, We can remove it from here if you want but yes I am still able to use my products although this pop up is annoying. I know its been paid and just thought someone could show me what to do in my account maybe to resolve it. I clicked on "update payment" and it takes me to the Microsoft account that I showed in the screen shot. I don't know what else to do as you have seen that my account is paid and don't know what else to do. I am not paying again until the end of next month. Sorry to be a bother to everyone.

No bother at all.

Since your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is showing as active, please try refreshing the Office license before changing anything with the payment.

Open Word or Excel.

Go to File > Account.

Sign out of your Microsoft account.

Close all Office apps.

Reopen Word or Excel and sign back in using the same Microsoft account that owns the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.

Under Product Information, click Update License if that option is available.

Restart the computer afterward.

Then check whether the billing warning still appears.

You do not need to make another payment since your screenshot already shows the next charge is due on September 25, 2026.

If the warning still appears after refreshing the license, please let me know.
