    Hi, @Howard Gibbons

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft account.

From your screenshots, your Microsoft 365 Family subscription is still active, with recurring billing on and the next charge showing as September 25, 2026. However, Microsoft is still detecting a billing issue with the saved payment method.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Where exactly are you seeing the "Don't lose your benefits" message?
    2. Does it appear when you sign in to your Microsoft account, open Microsoft 365, or somewhere else?
    3. When you click "Update Payment," what happens?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
