Hi Saikat Talukder,
Based on your description, Windows can still adjust the display brightness through Windows Mobility Center and the WMI/PowerShell method, which suggests the brightness control itself is working. Since the issue only occurs in Hybrid graphics modes and not when using the iGPU-only or dGPU-only modes, the behavior may be related to how the graphics drivers and display control are interacting in Hybrid mode.
You can try the following checks:
1, Update graphics drivers
- Install the latest AMD and NVIDIA graphics drivers available from Lenovo Support for your model.
- Restart the device after installation.
2, Check Lenovo Vantage graphics settings
- Open Lenovo Vantage.
- Switch between available GPU modes and test whether the brightness slider returns after a restart.
3, Update BIOS and firmware - verify that the latest BIOS and device firmware updates are installed through Lenovo Vantage or Lenovo Support.
As temporary workaround, you can continue using Windows Mobility Center or the PowerShell brightness command when operating in Hybrid mode, since both methods currently allow brightness adjustment on your system.
