I have tried contacting customer support yet to no avail. I tried calling their phone number, still nothing. I tried contacting through the website, nothing. My email is still on my phone but emails are not being sent to it at all. It wont let me change the password, I tried verifying that I do own the email but there are no options to verify my identity apart from sending in a form but I can't because they think I'm not the owner of the email. I don't remember my password at all.

If the password is forgotten and no verification option is available, the supported recovery path is:

    1. Start with the Sign-in Helper tool. It checks the account details and guides the next recovery step: Sign-in Helper
    2. If the account is recognized, use Forgot password / Reset password and follow the identity verification steps: Reset password
    3. If no verification method is accessible, use the account recovery form and provide as much accurate information as possible. Using a device and location previously used with the account can improve the chance of success: Account recovery form
    4. If verification codes are not arriving and access to all security info is lost, the documented path is to submit the recovery form: Recover account

    Important limits:

    • If two-step verification is turned on and none of the alternate verification methods are accessible, support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.
    • If the password is known but only some security info is lost, security methods can be updated from Advanced security options after signing in. Avoid changing all security info at once because the account may be restricted for 30 days.
    • If all security info is lost but the password is known, selecting I don't have any of these during sign-in starts replacement of security info, followed by a 30-day wait before sign-in is allowed.
    • If the username is not found or the password has stopped working, check the exact account domain and spelling, and try any alternate alias or phone number linked to the account.
