Power & battery opinion does not stay open windows 11 25H2

Hello,
I have the following issue with windows 11 25H2 in settings when I click battery & power this opens for a second then closes, it does not stay open.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

To help narrow down the cause
When was the last time Power & battery opened normally?
Did this start after a Windows Update or driver/BIOS update?
Does any other page in Settings also close immediately, or only System > Power & battery?
What is your exact Windows 11 25H2 OS build? You can check with Windows key + R to open Run then type winver
In the meantime, please try to repair and reset the Settings app
Press Start then search Settings
Right click it then select App settings
Click Terminate > Repair > Reset
