Something buggy with site registrations here - had to fully log in 7 times before setting my location to ZIMBABWE

MS kept insisting I accept a Privacy Statement (which I DID...) - yet it wasn't actually a Privacy Statement, it was about accepting offers from MS Learn.
Sent on a never-ending log-in loop (whatever I did).
It finally let me through after finding a different location.
Tried posting earlier but MS kept deleting all the screenshots of this, and finally suspended me, so... wonderful...
*Couldn't even seem to edit the privacy controls on my account without being sent on yet another log-in loop...
