Subscription Not Recognised

Hi there - I can't re-activate my Office 365 subscription, when I tap in the activation codes that are emailed to me, I get an error message - my subscription is paid up until 2027, but I can't use any of the apps.

Hi there - just re-installed all of the Office 365 apps and that seems to have worked - e.g. I can now open and use Word. Thank you though.

    There are some on-going problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac device lately.

    Please provide a screenshot of the error you see when you try to use the Office apps.

    At the top left of your Mac desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
