Unable to activate the Azure $150 monthly credit

The concern is I have Visual Studio Enterprise with GitHub Enterprise, and I am unable to activate the Azure $150 monthly credit.

    I think the VS Enterprise $150 credit only shows when you activate it from my.visualstudio.com using the same MSA in Azure, and it won’t appear if a benefit subscription already exists. If it still doesn’t show, just send me the error code text.

    First, go to my.visualstudio.com and verify that your Visual Studio Enterprise subscription is active. If it is, in the Azure portal, check your Subscriptions and verify whether an Azure subscription associated with your benefit already exists.

    If you still get the same issue, please provide the error message shown during activation.
