    Hi @THOMAS Joey

Thank you for providing the details.

If your emails are being blocked from sending, it is possible that a mail flow rule, security policy, compliance policy, or sending restriction has been configured by your Microsoft 365 administrator. Even if the content of the emails is appropriate, certain organizational policies may prevent messages from being sent.

Could you please let us know what error message or Non-Delivery Report (NDR) you receive when attempting to send an email? A screenshot of the error would also be helpful.

    Additionally, could you please confirm:

    • Are you able to receive emails normally?
    • What type of account are you using (Microsoft 365 work/school account, Outlook.com, Gmail, or another email service)?
    • Does the issue occur only in the Outlook desktop application, or are you also unable to send emails from Outlook on the web (OWA)?

This information will help determine whether the issue is related to account restrictions, mail flow policies, client configuration, or another service-related problem.

I look forward to your update.
