Missing Emails

I am missing emails from my inbox after the Microsoft outage, i have tried all the tips from the help section.

Outlook | Web | Outlook.com | Email

    Hi

    Yes I did find all the emails in the deleted items folder and I was able to retrieve them.

    I understand that your emails have been missing from the Inbox since the Microsoft outage and that you have already tried the suggested troubleshooting steps.

    To help narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    • Are you using a personal Outlook.com/Hotmail account or a Microsoft 365 work/school account?
    • Are the emails also missing when you sign in to Outlook on the web?
    • Are only older emails missing, or are new emails also not arriving?

    This information will help determine whether the problem is limited to the Outlook app or affects the mailbox itself.
