My Outlook account on MacBook Pro was working fine yesterday. Today its not syncing with my gmail account.

New messages are not loading into Outlook for Mac inbox. When the dialog box that comes up requesting I sign into gmail account I put in the verification code provided then I get an error message saying there's a problem and contact support.

I'm signed into my gmail account separately using the same ID and password so not sure why its having an issue and stalling when signing into gmail through Microsoft popup windows. Tried restarting computer and outlook, checked my internet connection everything is working but cannot access gmail account from my outlook inbox.

Can someone from Microsoft support contact my cell- nothing provided in chat support or support at Microsoft ai works. Need someone to walk through issues step by step and trouble shoot.

No one from Microsoft Support monitors this forum. You have to initiate the Support Session using one of the standard channels.

I’ve done chat support - not getting the help I need. Have a subscription so why can’t I get a person on phone to call for help and trouble shooting.

Depends on exactly what MS 365 Subscription Type you have.

Find your Subscription Type in the list at

If it has "Call back" then you can use one of these methods:

Tried all this- the issue isn’t with outlook on Mac it’s with outlook on IPhone. The new outlook for iPhone app screwed everything up now I cannot log into Gmail through phone app. I’ve tried different ways including manual, through Google Drive and using passkey. Still getting the same login error- cannot login - contact support. Gets me past Microsoft apps and services window but gets stuck in login.
