Real-time voice or video communication between users on mobile devices or computers
Try this sequence:
- Verify the correct Skype account is being used. Sign in with the exact same Skype/Microsoft account that holds the Skype Credit. If multiple Microsoft accounts exist, the credit may be on a different one.
- Reactivate the credit from the official reactivation page instead of the Dial Pad flow. Go to My Account and select Reactivate Credit, or use the direct reactivation page referenced in Skype support.
- Check and correct the Microsoft account profile details before retrying billing address entry. In the Microsoft account profile, open Your info and make sure language, country/region, and profile details are filled in correctly. Then try adding or updating the billing address again.
- If saving the billing address still fails, try a private/incognito browser session and retry.
- On iPhone or iPad, if Reactivate Credit is missing, clear browser history and cookies, then sign in again.
- After reactivation, wait up to 15 minutes. A confirmation email is sent when reactivation completes.
- Then reopen the Skype Dial Pad in Teams Free or on the web and check again. The Dial Pad is available only when the account has active Skype Credit or an active subscription.
If the billing-address error continues after the profile details are corrected and retrying in incognito mode, use Skype support from the support contact page.
