windows 10 activation

Microsoft stopped selling Windows 10 on January 31, 2023 and by now all remaining legitimate copies of Windows 10 in stores have been sold.

Aside from that, Windows 10 is now unsupported.

If you want to purchase a Windows 10 licence, after you install Windows 10, open the Settings app, and go to the Activation settings window.

In there, you will see an option to go to the Store, click that.

There, you will find the option to purchase a Windows 10/11 licence, that licence can be used to activate Windows 10 or 11 because those versions of Windows still share the same set of product keys and that licence can be transferred to another PC in the future, it is a full retail licence.
