Teams Channel Notification Settings Keep Reverting to "Show in Activity and Banner"

Hi,

For the past few days, I have been experiencing an issue with Microsoft Teams channel notifications. Although I change the channel notification setting for "Notify me for all new messages" to "Off" and save the change, I continue to receive notifications.

When I revisit the channel's notification settings, the option has automatically reverted to "Show in Activity and Banner", despite having been set to "Off" multiple times.

Could you please advise on this?

    1. Does the issue occur when changing the setting in both the Teams desktop application and Teams on the web?
    2. Does the same behavior occur when you sign in and test from a different device?
    3. If you switch to a different network or temporarily disable any VPN, antivirus, or firewall software (if applicable), does the issue still persist?
    4. Are any of your colleagues experiencing the same behavior?
    5. Are you using a personal device or a company-managed device?
