If your license has no pending issues, you should use the Office for Mac License Removal Tool. If you haven't tried this yet:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-activation-licensing/how-to-remove-office-license-files-on-a-mac

After that, you must perform a full reinstallation of Microsoft 365.

Hi! Are you trying to sign in to Microsoft 365 or a Microsoft site—such as OneDrive, the Microsoft 365 Portal, or your Microsoft Account?

For a Microsoft personal account, the fastest path is the Sign-in Helper. It checks the email address or phone number entered and identifies the next recovery step.

    Try this sequence:

    1. Start the Sign-in Helper: Sign-in Helper.
    2. If the error says “We couldn't find an account with that username” or “account doesn't exist”, use the same Sign-in Helper tool.
    3. If the password is known but no longer works, use Recover your account: Recover your account.
    4. When recovering the account, verify the sign-in name carefully:
      • Check the correct email domain, such as .com vs .co.uk.
      • Check for spelling differences in the email name.
      • If the email is not recognized, try another alias or phone number linked to the account.
    5. If the account has not been used for more than two years, it may have been deleted and cannot be reopened.
    6. If the issue is in Outlook mobile, install the latest app version because recurring password prompts can happen after security standard updates.
    7. If the problem continues, use Contact Microsoft Support: Contact Microsoft Support.

Important: support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.
