Haii!! I did all the steps to get the Roblox soundwave headphones, but when I clicked redeem it sent me to another tab saying the page I was looking for wasn't available and to go back to the homepage. Well now it says I've completed the task when I haven't gotten anything. I've checked my Roblox account already and there's nothing there. What do I do??

Please check the URL or return to the homepage." , when i came back to the same offer the "get item" button also disappeared causing me to not able to revisit the link anymore

- When you visit your Microsoft Rewards order history, does the Roblox reward show as Completed, Pending, or does it not appear at all?
- Did the error page appear on the Microsoft Rewards site or on a Roblox page?
As a quick test, sign out of your Microsoft account, sign back in, and then check your Rewards order history again.
The result shown in your order history will help determine the next troubleshooting step.

- Open an InPrivate/Incognito window
- Sign in to your Microsoft account
- Go directly to the Microsoft Rewards page and attempt the redemption again
