I am applying for an online job and I need to produce evidence of speed performance. How do I perform speed test on my device with my MICROSOFT ACCT.

Measure you internet speed with any of the many online internet speed testers, like Ookla or your ISP's own speed tester.

The problem you will run into is that there is no standard method for measuring internet speed, so different websites that use different measurement techniques will give you different results. You'll also get different results from one minute to the next with the same website, because the speed of the internet is constantly changing.

Windows does not provide a method to link your Microsoft account to the speed test, if you have Windows 11 on your PC, right click the network icon on your Taskbar, from there you can perform the Speed Test Microsoft provides, but that function in Windows just uses your browser to perform the speed test.
