    Hello MEREK RUBIN,

Since messages still arrive in Apple Mail, the problem appears limited to Outlook for Mac.

    Please check:

    1. In Outlook, ensure Work Offline is not selected.
    2. Open Tools > Accounts and check whether the account shows an orange connection indicator.
    3. Confirm whether the account is Outlook.com, Exchange, Gmail, or another provider.

If it is an Exchange account and webmail works normally, Outlook’s local cache may need resetting. Please confirm the account type first because the correct steps differ for POP or IMAP accounts.

Try these steps in Outlook for Mac, in this order:

    1. Check whether Outlook is offline. On the Outlook menu, make sure Work Offline is not checked.
    2. Verify the Exchange account connection.
      • Go to Tools > Accounts.
      • Look at the Exchange account in the left pane.
      • If the connection indicator is orange, there is a connection problem.
      • Since mail is arriving in Mac Mail, also try signing in with the same account in Outlook on the web to confirm the account itself is working.
    3. Empty the Outlook cache for the affected Exchange folder. Caution: Emptying the cache deletes any information that is not synchronized with the Exchange server, including contacts' mail certificates. Back up Outlook data first if needed.
      • Make sure the Mac is connected to the Exchange server.
      • In the navigation pane, Ctrl+click or right-click the Exchange folder that is not updating.
      • Select Properties.
      • On the General tab, choose Empty Cache. Outlook will download the items from the Exchange server again.
    4. If the issue is with a POP or IMAP account instead of Exchange, verify account settings.
      • Go to Tools > Accounts.
      • Select the account.
      • Confirm the email address, user name, and password are correct.
      • If sending works but receiving does not, check with the email provider for any required special settings such as SSL or non-default ports.
    5. If Outlook still cannot receive mail, check whether the mail server is available. If the account worked before, the mail server may be unavailable. Contact the email provider or network administrator to confirm server availability.
