A family of Microsoft presentation graphics products that offer tools for creating presentations and adding graphic effects like multimedia objects and special effects with text.
Hi, @Mari Valadão
Since this started after using the problematic USB drive, first try saving the presentation to a local folder instead.
In PowerPoint, go to "File" > "Save As" > "Browse", then choose your Desktop or Documents folder and save it with a new file name.
If that works, you can then upload the saved copy to OneDrive so you can access it from your phone or another device.
If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:
- Can you save the presentation to Desktop or Documents, or does the same error appear?
- Does this happen with only this presentation, or also with a new blank presentation?
- Are you signed in to PowerPoint with the Microsoft account that has your Microsoft 365 subscription?
