If “My Subscriptions” is empty but reports are still arriving, they are probably not subscriptions owned by your SSRS account. They may be data-driven subscriptions or standard subscriptions created by another user or an administrator with your email included as a recipient.
I would ask your SSRS administrator to check the Subscriptions for the reports you are receiving. An administrator with the appropriate permissions can view and manage subscriptions created by other users and can identify which one is sending to your address.
Once they find it, they can change the reports or recipients for you.
