How to remove a TEAMS account I do not have access to any longer

I have a TEAMS account that was used for a two-week training program that ended in July. Every time I try to use TEAMS, it takes me to the training program account I no longer have access to. I have two other Microsoft accounts that I would like to use, but cannot figure out how to remove the old one and/or use one of two good accounts.
