How do I access my email that was hosted through Bluehost?

Hello,

How do I access (migrate?) my business email that was hosted through Bluehost? I had it set up on the Outlook on my desktop, but now it's not showing up.

When did it stop working?

Can you access your email using the Bluehost web interface?

From the Classic Outlook main menu, if you do File -> Account Settings -> Account Settings, do you see your Bluehost email account listed on the "Email" tab?

but now it's not showing up.

Do you mean that you don't see it listed in the left hand Navigation pane? Or you can see the account but can't see any new emails?

When I try to go through BH, this is what I get. Apparently BH no longer works with MS???

The error indicates that Outlook is trying to access your BlueHost email using Exchange Protocol, not IMAP or POP. A bit unusual.

1 -- What is the domain (the part after the "@") in your email address?

2 -- Can you logon to your account using the BlueHost web mail interface?

3 -- Have you made any changes to your BlueHost DNS MX records using cPanel or other configuration tools? (MX Records are used to discover where your email services are hosted).
