Global Secure Access on some networks (specially hotel WiFi) - issue with private resources

We are experiencing an issue where Microsoft Entra Global Secure Access works normally on corporate networks, home networks, and mobile hotspots, but fails on certain hotel/public Wi‑Fi networks. Microsoft 365 services such as Teams and Outlook continue to function, while access to resources through Entra Private Access becomes unavailable. The issue appears to be specific to certain hotel/public Wi‑Fi environments. We would like to know whether there are known limitations or compatibility issues? Does anyone else experienced it? We have support ticket with Microsoft, but no answer yet..... Thank you
