Logo suddenly doesn't show up in my signature

I've used the same signature since 2021 with my logo in it.
In the last week, my logo does not show up anymore and in it's place, it says "The Picture can't be displayed"
I've tried deleting the logo and adding it back, with no success.
The file itself is not corrupt. It's location hasn't moved. No issues with my employees who also have the same logo in their signatures (theirs show up with no issues).

    To support you, I need more information: 

    • Does the logo fail to display only while composing emails, or does it also fail to display in emails that have already been sent? (To confirm, you can send a test email to another mailbox and check whether the logo is displayed correctly.)
    • If you sign in to Outlook on the web at https://outlook.office.com, does the logo appear correctly in your signature there?
    • Is the logo stored on your local computer (for example, in the "Pictures" folder), or is it stored in a cloud-synced location such as OneDrive?

    Along the way, I'd like to share a few troubleshooting steps and some screenshots I prepared to help you check whether they can identify the cause of this behavior. 

    1/ Create a brand-new test signature

    Instead of editing the existing signature:

    • bOpen New Outlook.
    • Go to Settings -> Accounts -> Signatures.
    • Create a new signature with a different name.
    • Insert the logo from a local file (PNG preferred).
    • Save it and assign it as the default signature.
    • Open a new email and test.
